ok... 3rd n last post 2day i guess....

1st up... tips for guys who wears long pants as sch uniform... do not run 2.4km under the hot sun when ur in uniform.... cos i'm having a big headache now after doing tat... next i think i'm gonna haf a fever....

2ndly... watched another movie (i noe i alot of time) called "pursuit of happyness"... happiness isnt something tat come by itself, u haf 2 pursuit happiness... i find this sentence so true... but sometimes just dont wana believe it n hope likewise...

3rdly during lifeskill class 2day... learned something called "voice of judgement" its a negative voice inside all of us... which tells us stuff like "i cant do this","i just suck at this","i haf no confidence" and stuff like tat... all those negative thoughts... i must get rid of them no matter wat... i must tell myself tat i can do it... how can ppl believe in me when i dont even believe in myself?

anyway.. gonna go slp alrdy... my head is splitting n my throat is so itchy now... hate this feeling... gd nite all... take care all... n i love her always... b4... now... tmr... n forever... <3
